NYC Restaurant Week is upon us once again. From July 21 through August 15, 318 restaurants throughout Manhattan will serve up three-course lunches for $25 and dinners for $38. Now in its 20th year, the twice-yearly promotion timed to boost business during winter and summer slow spells attracts more than 300 restaurants including more than 30 in hotels.
